julia-dbg software package provides high-performance programming language for technical computing, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install julia-dbg
julia-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the julia-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep julia-dbg *
You will get with julia-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
